In June 2012, Stryker Corporation recalled its Rejuvenate Modular and ABG II modular-neck hip stems due to “fretting and/or corrosion” in the implant which may lead to an “adverse local tissue reaction, as well as possible pain and/or swelling, in or around your hip.” Stryker has not accepted full legal responsibility for the alleged defects and failure of its Rejuvenate and ABG II artificial hip implants.
Our Product Injury Attorneys at Bart Durham Injury Law represents hip replacement patients in lawsuits against Stryker to obtain just compensation for their pain, suffering, lost wages, and other losses from the failure of their Stryker hip implants.
