Roundup® Lawsuit Lawyers
Have you or someone you know been exposed to Monsanto’s Roundup® and diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma? Our team is available to discuss potential lawsuits.
Lawsuits Against Monsanto
The lawsuit alleges that Monsanto manipulated research on glyphosate to obscure any connection between cancer and glyphosate. The attorneys claim Monsanto’s motive in doing so was to conceal glyphosate’s potential link to cancer and to avoid hurting profit margins. It is currently unclear when Monsanto learned of the possible association of their product and increased risk of cancer.

Roundup® and Its Connection to Cancer
Monsanto’s Roundup, and its key ingredient, glyphosate, may cause non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Our firm is currently helping individuals research and evaluate their claim.
The appearance of Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in the United States has appeared to increase roughly the same time as Monsanto’s introduction into agriculture. The evidence has been so strong, one jury already awarded one man millions of dollars worth of damages due to Roundup® exposure.
The evidence was clear and convincing. The sad news is Monsanto appeared to be aware of the issue, but didn’t tell anyone.
“Despite its relatively benign reputation, Roundup was among the most toxic herbicides and insecticides tested. Most importantly, 8 formulations out of 9 were up to one thousand times more toxic than their active principles.”
– R. Mesnage et al., Biomed Research International, Volume 2014, Article ID 179691.
Currently, the Monsanto lawsuits are made up of people who are victims of exposure to glyphosate. The majority of these people work outside in occupations such as:
- Agricultural workers
- Garden center workers
- Nursery employees
- Landscapers
However, it’s possible that a one-time exposure at your home or on a farm can do similar damage. The reason being is the main ingredient found in Roundup® is readily absorbed through the skin. Large doses can improve the chances of developing cancer, as well as, routine exposure.
